October 27- Friends of New Echota Quarterly General Meeting
On Thursday, Oct 27, 6:30 pm Friends of New Echota (FONE) will hold their quarterly General Meeting in the theater at New Echota State Historic Site. Guest speaker, Trey Gaines, Director of the Bartow History Museum in Cartersville, will give an update on the happenings at the museum, including the project to move the museum into the 1869 Courthouse. FONE’s business meeting will follow. Everyone is invited to attend.

Oct. 27, 2011 Business Expo
The 14th Annual, Business Expo is set for Thursday, October 27 from 7:30 am until 5:00 pm at the Sonoraville Recreation Complex. The event is open to any business operating in Gordon County, with Chamber members receiving a discounted booth fee. Participating businesses have a wonderful opportunity to network with one another and meet all the visitors from Calhoun-Gordon County.
