Feb. 27 - Annual New Echota Cherokee Film Festival
The staff at New Echota Cherokee Capital State Historic Site proudly announce the Annual New Echota Cherokee Film Festival on Saturday, February 27 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in the visitor center theatre. The Festival will offer visitors a variety of feature films, shorts, music videos, and documentaries focusing on the Cherokee and other native peoples of the Southeast. Come for an hour or the entire day. The historic buildings, nature trail, and exhibit area will be open for touring during the Festival. $5 Adults, $4.50 Seniors 62 and over, 3.50 Youth 6-17, children 5 and under are free.
